No. A quote does not lock the goods. Holding conditions, duration and required documents must be confirmed for the actual batch.
Does the quote include freight?
Check the stated EXW, FOB or other term. Freight and other costs are confirmed for the destination and chosen term.
When should inspection happen, and is delivery timing fixed?
After the evidence and quote justify proceeding, agree the inspection scope, method, timing and cost. Delivery timing is not preset; it depends on the batch, terms and destination.
Are payment terms fixed?
They are confirmed for the order, including the verified payee, method, milestones and actual receipt. A payment screenshot is not proof of receipt.
