- Opposite seasons: Australia and New Zealand sell summer ranges while the northern hemisphere sells winter. Tell us your launch month so sampling and production timing can be planned for the specific styles.
- Sizing: tell us whether your store labels sizes in AU/UK, US or EU, and ask for the foot-length measurements of each selected style. We confirm the size run and quantities per size in the quotation.
- Fit and finish: check stitching, lining, fastening, sole attachment and finish on a sample. One paid sample pair per current style can be requested.
- Documents and testing: if you need test reports, tell us the product and the requirement early. Do not assume one report covers every style; available information and any additional testing are checked for the selected product.
- Shipping and packing: confirm the trade term, carton details and who arranges freight. Check Australian or New Zealand import and packaging requirements with your customs broker or forwarder.
