Order terms

• Private label / OEM: from 800 pairs per order — mix colors freely. Development fee RMB 1,000, waived for orders above 3,000 pairs.
• Wholesale: current styles from about USD 8 per pair, each style and color in a complete size run. Samples and trial orders welcome.

CPSIA made simple

Shoes for children aged 12 and under are "children's products" under US law (CPSIA). Before they go on sale in the US they need:

• Third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory, including lead in materials and surface coatings.
• A Children's Product Certificate (CPC), issued by the US importer — usually your brand — based on the test results.
• Tracking labels on the product and packaging showing who made it, where, when and the batch.
• eFiling of certificate data with US entries, in place since July 8, 2026; your customs broker files it with your CPC.

Many US retailers and marketplaces also ask for phthalate testing and California Proposition 65.

How we make it easy

• Our shoes are made to international safety requirements, and test reports are available.
• We arrange CPSIA testing with a CPSC-accepted laboratory such as SGS for your approved product.
• We provide the full materials list for every component.
• We print your tracking label details on the shoe and box.

US sizing

We make new lasts to US sizing (for example toddler 4–10, little kid 10.5–3); the mould fee is quoted separately.

Sampling and lead times

• Samples in 10 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the style. We revise until you are happy.
• In-stock styles ship within 2 days.
• Bulk production is scheduled to your quantity and launch date as soon as the sample is approved.

Quality control

Our dedicated QC team checks every order at four stages:

1. Incoming materials — uppers, linings, soles and trims checked against the approved sample before cutting.
2. In-process patrols — inspectors walk the cutting, stitching and lasting lines throughout production.
3. 100% finished inspection — every pair checked for stitching, bonding, symmetry, sizing and finish.
4. Pre-shipment AQL inspection — random sampling to AQL standards before packing out.

Factory visits and audits are welcome, and so is your own or a third-party inspector.

Branding and packaging

Your logo on the shoe, insole and labels, plus custom shoeboxes, hangtags and barcodes — all made to your brand guidelines.

How private label works

1. Brief — send a reference shoe, photos, a drawing or a tech pack, plus target market, size range, colors, quantity and logo artwork.
2. Quotation — we review materials, construction and branding and quote your project.
3. Sampling — in 10 days to 1 month; we revise until you approve. New lasts in EU or US sizing are available (mould fee quoted separately).
4. Testing — third-party testing for your market where required.
5. Production and QC — bulk production with our four-stage quality control.
6. Packing and shipping — in your custom shoeboxes, hangtags and barcodes.
